No 4. Satin Surface Stainless Steel Sheet
The basic sheet selection is to be 2B or BA sheet and should be preferably polished with 150#-180# abrasive belt. Surface roughness usually varies from 0.18 to 0.64 microns. The resultant finish has short symmetrical grains, lively metallic shine and the feel of cold steel. The basic sheet selection should preferably be of 2B or BA stainless steel sheet and should be subjected to rigorous polish and buffing with smooth mops and special polishing compounds. The resultant finish is a highly ornamental reflective mirror like finish with no apparent polishing lines. Examined by GB4500 the lightness is over 60 degree and the surface smoothness is less than 0.10 microns.
